You may not know it, but the factory driver's side manifold is pinched down to allow clearance for the steering shaft, which actually isn't required. As a result, this manifold flows 80% of the passenger side manifold. The BD Full Bore exhaust manifold restores exhaust flow to match the passenger side, and is a direct, bolt-in replacement for the factory part (GM gasket required). The BD Full Bore manifold is made from high-silicon ductile iron to resist cracking from high temperature and vibration, and is even tapped to accept the most popular EGT probes. The BD Big Bore exhaust manifold is a great compliment to BD's new SuperMax turbo upgrade kit and stainless steel X-Hale exhaust systems.

Click Here for Product Details!BD Cool Down Timer Protect Your Turbocharged Engine with the BD Cool Down Timer! Switching your engine off after a heavy haul when the exhaust temperature (EGT) is above normal can result in turbo bearing damage. With the engine stopped, there is no oil flow over the hot turbocharger wheel and bearing assembly, which causes burned oil residue ("coking") and eventual turbo failure. That's the bad news. The good news is, you can prevent this from happening with the BD Cool Down Timer (CDT) or Cool Engine Shut Down (CES). Simply set the shut down temperature, lock the doors and walk away the engine will shut down at the temperature you have specified. The CDT works with any K-Type EGT probe commonly found in most analog pyrometer gauge kits. Simply wire it to an existing EGT probe, or install a new one. If you don't have a thermocouple it is available as a kit below.
