KORE Suspension - KORE Dodge Ram Suspension
One of the things that makes KORE suspension special are the VR coils that come with every suspension system (except the HD leveling kit). These coils are designed to be literally three coils in one.
· The first coil is softer than stock, to absorb all the little street garbage like frost heaves, cracks and smaller pot holes.
· The second rate is more than twice as stiff as stock! This rate doesn't come into play until the suspension is deep into its travel - such as when hitting a large bump or obstacle at speed.
· The final rate is even stiffer making it very difficult to bottom out when traversing a ditch or nasty terrain feature you didn't see.

For the rear, KORE suspension systems use a proprietary “Mini-Pak.” This is not an “add-a-leaf” that simply adds lift by making the rear leaf packs stiff. KORE Mini Packs are made by Deaver Spring, makers of the most race-winning leaf packs in history. More off-road races have been won on Deaver Spring leaf packs than on any other manufacturer's springs.
KORE's Mini-Pak is a four leaf spring pack that replaces your factory overload leaf with a soft-riding, yet progressive leaf pack, custom-tuned to enable your suspension to work properly. Mini-Paks are smooth on the little bumps yet also permit you to haul heavy loads. KORE Mini-Paks are guaranteed for life.
Available soon are mini paks designed specifically for 3500's. These mini packs are thicker and stronger, for carrying heavy loads or towing big trailers. They come with longer U-bolts and center pins, so they can be used in conjunction with the upper overload leaf packs. Also included with every system are heavy duty, soft-durometer poly bump stops for the front and zinc-plated U-bolts for the rear.

The KORE “Race” system uses 2.5” Fox Pro Series remote-reservoir racing shocks. The front shocks mount by way of our patented 6061-T6 aluminum towers - race-proven units machined from solid billet.
This system is a no-compromise, fully-integrated, ultra-high-performance suspension system, purpose-built for maximum off-road performance.

New for 2006! Need a suspension system that can handle the Alcan, cross the Arctic circle, then head down the Baja 1000 race course to Cabo San Lucas? This is it. The KORE Chase Series uses specially-designed Fox 2.0 Pro Series remote-reservoir race shocks that provide 10" of wheel travel in front and 11" in the rear. These shocks were designed by KORE to precisely fit Heavy Duty Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 4x4 pickups. They are only available through KORE.
We call this system the “Chase Series" because a Dodge Ram so equipped can perform the multiple functions of a Baja chase vehicle - and more. From cross-country highway travel to to long-distance washboard, this system provides dramatically increased control and smoothness. KORE SUSPENSION LEVELING KIT
Leveling Kit or 3rd Gen trucks - 1994-2007.
The fastest and least expensive way to get your Dodge Ram to handle better.
Increases wheel travel for pot-holes and off-road and reduces body roll for better handling.
This kit gives 2-2.5" of increased height in front, so the truck sits just about level.
The rear remains unchanged, so if you have a 2500 or 3500, your load capacity is unaltered.

Here's how it works - when you have stock tires with a small contact patch, they tend to track straight and true - like skinny skis, they just want to go straight. The OE steering stabilizer is set on the passenger side. It's charged with nitrogen and is designed to push left slightly. 
All solid axle vehicles - such as Range Rovers - are susceptible to Death Wobble. In any event, to counteract these forces the KORE stabilizer has an internal reservoir and special valving that was developed for the Baja 1000.
