There are more Powerstroke performance options available in our online store, including turbos for 94-06 Powerstrokes, 94-03 exhaust housings and compressor wheels.   We have many combinations of the popular Garrett GTP38 and the Garrett GTP38R PowerMax ball bearing turbo.  We offer the upgraded compressor wheel commonly known as the Superior Wheel or the Wicked wheel for the 99-03 Ford Powerstroke equipped with the stock Garrett GTP-38 turbo.  Note: If you have an early '99 Ford Powerstroke you already have the upgraded wheel.  The compressor wheel is available below and in our online store.   The Turbo Air Guide (TAG) is a great performance enhancing addition to any 94-05 Ford Powerstroke Diesel.

The BD waste gate actuator also shown on this page is a nice upgrade for this turbo. If your truck is 99 model PLEASE include the build date on the driver's side door. The BD waste gate actuator shown on this page is a nice upgrade for this turbo. The turbo does come with a standard wastegate. If your truck is a 99 model PLEASE let us know the date of manufacture. Click Here for Product Details!This larger exhaust housing from Garrett is a 1.0 A/R and is a direct replacement for the stock 0.84 A/R housings used on 99.5-03 Ford Powerstroke engines. The larger housing provides significant EGT reduction under heavy towing conditions without noticeable increase in turbo lag. Combine with an improved compressor wheel for even better results. Choose from waste-gated or non waste-gated in the drop down below. Non-wastegated version requires an adapter at an additional cost. If your truck is an early 99 (built before 12/07/98) please choose the option in the drop-down menu below.

Ford 7.3L Performance Compressor Wheel $79

94-97 Ford Stock Replacement Turbo $650

This turbo includes the stock 1.15A/R housing, if you want a little faster spool-up choose the option of changing out the housing to a 1.0A/R. If your turbo is still good you can also just upgrade to the 1.0A/R housing separately. There is a $200 core charge on this turbo which you must pay at the time of sale. Can be purchased with or without pedestal. You shoud only need to purchase it with pedestal if yours is cracked which is not usually the case.
