2011 6.7L Ford Powerstroke Off-Highway Use Performance Products
Your 2011 6.7L Ford Powerstroke is equipped with a 4" factory exhaust that contains a diesel particulate filter (DPF), a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) a catalytic converter, AND a muffler. All of that sounds restrictive and problematic, and unfortunately it is. For those of you that want to free up your exhaust system there are options. We offer complete downpipe back exhaust systems, that will allow you to straight pipe your Powerstroke. In order to be as "trouble-free" as possible, it is necessary to couple this exhaust with an EGR (exhaust gas recirculator) delete (or a programmer that will turn off EGR). Please note that although beneficial to your truck, removal of the DPF, or any part of your exhaust system is frowned upon by both the EPA and your dealer. Because of this, we have to say that the above mentioned suggestion is meant for OFF-ROAD USE ONLY. Use at your own risk.
