2011 6.6L LML GM Duramax Exhaust Components
Your new 6.6L LML GM Duramax comes with a new emissions compliant 3.5" exhaust that has a number of mandated filters in line the exhaust in order to keep emissions down. For those looking to keep emissions and warranty compliant, but are merely trying to change the sound without buying an entire DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter ) back kit, this can be done by adding any variety of aftermarket mufflers to the truck, such as Aeroturbine, Silverline, Hushpower and Diamond Eye. For those of you running a DPF delete kit, or have already installed a DPF back kit, we also carry 4", 5", 6", 7" and even 8" tips from Diamond Eye, Silverline, MBRP and Magnaflow (factory fluted exhaust outlet will not allow use of aftermarket exhaust tips, but with an extension pipe and modification, it can be achieved).
