The 4BT Engine is a very common motor to use on custom truck and SUV engine swaps. People often will swap it into Jeep Wranglers, Gran Cherokees, Chevy Blazers, Land Rovers and other SUVs.
It is the little brother to the 6BT found in Dodge Rams. It is a very strong motor that is capable of handing 500+ RWHP with supporting modifications. The motor is often removed from Bread Trucks/Commercial Vans and other smaller around the town hauling trucks. It is also sought after because you can get extremely good fuel economy out of it, 40+ in some cases.
