Grand Rock offers 5 different styles of stacks available in an assortment of sizes. From the left, Grand Rock introduces its newest style, the Aussie, available in 5, 6, and 7 inch. Next, is the classic Straight Cut and then the Angle/Mitre Cut, both available in 4, 5, 6, and 7 inch. Fourth over is called the Curved/Turnout, available in 4, 5, 6, and 7 inch. Finally, on the right is the Bullhorn/Bullhauler, available in 5, 6, and 7 inch.
To order your Grand Rock Stack Kit, simply choose your options from the boxes in each category. Some items will add to the "base price" and will show you accordingly how much it will increase the kit cost. First off, you will choose whether you simply want a "cab-back" design, in which the hookup for the stacks is right at the back of the cab of the truck, and you will use your factory exhaust from there to the turbo. Otherwise, you may choose "turbo-back," in which you will replace ALL exhaust from the turbo to the stack. On the 6.7L Cummins, this option is considered "off-road" because you will be removing emissions equipment from the truck, which also requires some type of tuner, such as the SMARTY 6.7ME, that is designed to remove any codes set from removing such equipment.
Your next option will be stack size. Four inch is the baseline size for stacks, and each additional inch in diameter, costs an additional $100. The Bullhorn/Bullhauler and Aussie stacks are not available in four inch, so if you are going to order these, you must choose either five, six, or seven inch. Next, of course, is your stack style. Straight cut (flat top) stacks are the baseline (no additional charge), but you may choose any of the five styles that suit your tastes.
Finally, you will choose your exhaust hookup size. If you have stock exhaust, it is four inch. If you are purchasing a turbo back kit, choose four inch. However, if you have installed a 5" DPF delete exhaust already, then you would choose 5" hookup size.
