1994-97 7.3L Ford Powerstroke Cummins Conversions

 

 Most guys will agree that Ford trucks have some big advantages over Dodge in terms of transmission, ride and interior quality.  Most would also agree that Dodge has a huge advantage in terms of motors due to their partnership with Cummins.  No knock on the 7.3L motor in your Ford Powerstroke, it's just that we know some of you are looking for the simplicity of a Cummins 12 Valve or the extreme horsepower capabilities of the 24 Valve or Common Rail Cummins.  The price of  good used 5.9L Cummins has come down quite a bit recently making the possibility of doing a conversion a lot more feasible.  Your manual or E4OD automatic transmission will mate right up to whatever Cummins you choose with the help of a custom adapter plate from DeStroked.  If you need help finding a good used Cummins or someone to do the conversion for you give us a call or send an email to cs@dieselpowerproducts.com.
