For owners of 03-07 6.0L Powerstroke Turbo Diesel we offer stock replacement turbos as well as the 6.0L Turbo Thruster kit made by BD Diesel Performance.  The 6.0L Turbo Thruster kit is built around BD’s famous Super B S300 turbo with extended tip compressor wheel technology and is the most effective and inexpensive aftermarket option available for the 6.0L.  The BD Turbo Thruster kit does away with the 6.0L’s annoying turbo lag.  The BD Turbo Thruster kit is capable of supporting over 500 rear wheel horsepower and ships with an electronic boost fooler to disable the factory ecm connection to the stock variable vane turbo.  This kit requires no other electronic input like some of the other 6.0L performance turbos.  The kit for the 6.0L Turbo Thruster also includes the new BD X-Flow intake elbow to facilitate air-flow into the intake manifold.
