FREE GROUND SHIPPING! The secondary turbo in these kits is now polished! If you already have the BD Super B single you can choose the upgrade option below. These innovative BD Diesel Super B Twin Turbo kits feature fuel modifications and sufficient air, and are capable of developing 300 to 600 rear wheel horsepower. The engineered 2-stage compounded set of Air Werks S300 turbochargers meets the engine's air requirement, and will keep exhaust temperatures and emissions very low. Turbo boost developed by the low-pressure turbo provides quick low-engine rpm response. This air charge is compounded by the high-pressure turbo, which has a broad compressor map for the high-engine rpm. These kits are complete with all necessary intake and exhaust piping and oil drains. 03-07 applications come with the new three-piece Pulse exhuast manifold. Note-2005 Ram with plastic intercooler reservoir tanks require metal intercooler reservoir tanks or 1042510 Cool-It Intercooler. Head studs are recommended when running twin turbos. The 12mm ARP studs are fine with BD Twins. No head tapping required. [ More Information ]

Same great product we've been carrying only now with a custom 1-piece billet head. This kit WILL save your injectors! Whether you are running stock injector tips or expensive performance tips this kit is a must have. Your stock filter is not enough. This is a complete kit that mounts on an existing bracket on the inside of the frame rail of 03-07 dodge cummins. It utilizes a 2 micron Fleetgaurd filter and a Fleetgaurd water separator, not a gravity feed like the stock set-up. It has virtually no flow restriction and mounts above the skid plate. This filter kit can save thousands of dollars in failed injectors, injection pump, fuel log, and cross over tubes. Warranty will not cover water or fuel contamination so this is good insurance that will last the life of the vehicle. Particles above 2 microns at 24 thousand PSI in these fuel systems can become abrasive. This kit will dramatically extend the life of your very expensive stock or performance injectors. Easy install, full instructions and everything you need to do the job right! We recommend that you empty the water separator at least every 3,000 miles. Both the fuel filter and the water separator should be changed every 8,000-12,000 miles. The Fleetguard part #'s are FF5320 for the 2 micron filter and FS1212 for the water separator.
