Description
This kit will help eliminate hot spots preventing rupture and failure in your coolant system, getting you one step closer to bulletproofing your Powerstroke. It's pointless to bulletproof your 6.0L with low quality material, which is why Driven Diesel has created this coolant return kit. The hoses in this kit are constructed of high quality braided stainless steel over Teflon with a protective coating. Increasing your coolant circulation from the cylinder heads back to your radiator will drastically decrease the chances of hot spots and coolant puking. You will be required to drill and tap the cylinder head casting, which means you will need to remove your heads from you engine. Ideally this should be done when you have the heads off for gasket/head stud installation. If you have Driven Diesel's regulated return kit or an aftermarket fuel system this coolant return kit will work, but proper care must be taken. You will need to ensure that the location and angel of the drilled/tapped hole will not interfere with the rear fuel return lines.

About Driven Diesel

"Saw the KC turbo podcast w Jerrod from KDD and just left them on the shelf because it’s the other systems that need new coolers to keep the stock system flowing. So refresh the EGR cooler or back space it. Refresh the oil cooler. I think every 5 to 7 years the 6. 0 PS needs to be pulled out and refreshed. There are just so many O-rings that will leave you stranded if it’s not gone through. Those HPOP system o rings need refreshed. Also every new purchases diesel truck needs the fuel tank dropped and cleaned."

"No more dead heading coolant in the heads and my engine runs a little cooler. when I use the thermal gun to measure temps, everything is much more even across the heads unlike before. Love driven diesel products. I run a lot of there stuff on both of my 6. 0's"
