High horsepower Powerstroke and Duramax diesel trucks equipped with aftermarket turbochargers will typically display damaging surge characteristics that a TurboGuard can prevent. BD's TurboGuard blow-off valve protects your stock or aftermarket turbo from surging and the resulting compressor wheel explosions.

This new advanced TurboGuard kit has a microprocessor with 6 different custom settings that are tuned to your application:

The truck's throttle position sensor is used to activate this new TurboGuard which results in a fully dynamically controlled blow-off valve.
