These are Casserly Modified Re-Manufactured injectors using your injectors. In some cases we may have enough cores in-stock to build your injectors without the necessity of having your cores. In that situation an $800 core charge applies which will be refunded after we get your cores back.

Here is the process if you are sending your injectors in:

1) You place your order choosing the option below without the associated core charge (please have your injectors out of the truck and ready to go before ordering)

2) We send you a UPS call tag via email for your injectors

3) Casserly receives your injectors makes the necessary modifications based on your selection below, replaces the plungers and barrells and flow tests them.

4) Injectors are packaged and sent back to you. The turn around time on the injectors typically takes about a week not including time in transit. You can speed the process up by choosing expedited shipping. You are paying for the shipping up front so we will return your injectors to you via the same method.

Example: You choose UPS Next Day air. We send you a Next Day Air Call Tag and after your injectors are done we return them the same way. Same for UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day and UPS 2nd Day Air. Please note that expedited shipping is only that, it doesn't change the time to reman the injectors. Please let us know the year of your truck in the box that is provided for that purpose at checkout.

Here are the different levels available:

Stock injector rebuild
This will rebuild your existing stock 7.3 PowerStroke injectors.$950.00+ $800 Core charge if you aren't sending yours in first.

Tranny Savers: Casserly's Tranny Saver injectors flow 130cc's and use stock nozzles - this is about 30cc more then a stock 94-97 injector. This is a good option for someone wanting just a little more power but is worried about damaging the transmission.Also for anyone that has a standard Luk clutch that will not handle the power of The Stage-I's. You can expect 280hp at the wheels *(an increase of 70hp over a stock truck with a chip) from these with a custom chip; a little less with an off the shelf chip or programmer.
The price listed on these injectors is for the upgrade only - The cost to repair the injectors is additional to the upgrade. For example, if you have injectors with high miles or are having starting or idle problems, repairs will need to be made first before the upgrade can be performed. Injectors will have to be inspected to determine the repair cost. See "How the Core Charge Works" below for more information.
All of Casserly's custom fuel injectors are flow-bench tested for proper flow and functionality before they leavetheir shop.

Stage 1
Stage 1 Injectors flow 160cc's of fuel. By retaining the stock nozzles, the injectors can go from mild to wild in the flip of a switch. 350+hp can be obtained with the right supporting modifications. That is an extra 140hp above stock horsepower. $1095 + $800 Core charge if you aren't sending yours in. (This is subject to availabiltiy of usable in-stock cores.)

Stage 2
Stage 2 Injectors will flow the same 160cc's of fuel the Stage 1 injectors do, but utilize larger nozzles. 400-425+hp is obtainable with a custom chip, upgraded turbo, and fuel system. That will be 215hp above stock horsepower with supporting modifications. $1650 + $800 Core charge if you aren't sending yours in. (This is subject to availabiltiy of usable in-stock cores.)

Stage 3
Stage 3 Injectors, or Hybrid injectors as they are sometimes called, will have larger and brand new plunger and barrels. These injectors will flow from 205cc's up to 400cc and also come with a larger nozzle. Depending on your injector selection and supporting modifications, these are capable of 450 - 800+ HP. Starting at $2450 + $800 Core charge if you aren't sending yours in. (This is subject to availabiltiy of usable in-stock cores.)

INJECTOR WARRANTY POLICY:
All injectors sold by Diesel Power Products come with a warranty that covers injector failure due to faulty parts or workmanship. New injectors have a 1-year warranty. Remanufactured now have a 18 month warranty. The warranty does not cover injectors that fail due to bad fuel or trash in the oil system. This also applies to the replacement of scored plungers and barrel assemblies due to bad fuel or the labor to break injectors down to clean poppet valves from dirty oil.

The buyer is to understand that these are aftermarket, high performance items, and Diesel Power Products is not responsible for any damage caused to the injectors or engine due to high EGTs, overrevving, engine failure or any other abuse or neglect.

If there is an injector problem, the buyer will have to purchase a new injector and send in the faulty injector. The buyer will receive a refund on the new injector after the faulty injector is inspected and determined to be covered by the above warranty.
