DPP Diesel Fuel Pressure Gauge Isolator
Diesel fuel pressure gauge isolator ensures fuel can not enter the cab even if the tubing or gauge fail completely. The body is constructed of die-cast zinc protected metal with chrome plating and uses a Viton bellows diaphragm to separate the fuel from the gauge fluid. Because this isolator uses a bellows diaphragm it provides 100% isolation while providing a 0.75 cubic inch volume displacement allowing the pressure to transmit through the isolator without effecting gauge readings. This isolator is available by itself or with tubing kits specific to either GM Duramax, Dodge Cummins or Ford Powerstrokes. The tubing kits will work with most brands of mechanical fuel pressure gauge that require a 1/8" NPT female fitting on the back of the gauge. The Dodge kit includes a banjo bolt and sealing washers to adapt the tubing to either the inlet to the injection pump or the back of the factory fuel filter housing.
