Performance Replacement Intercooler Hose Kit 99-03 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke
Description
All hoses are heavy duty silicone construction and will help to prevent leaks and hoses blowing off. The intercooler connection hoses are long enough to double clamp if you need to.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Most late model 7.3L intercoolers with plastic tanks use 3x3-1/4"x 8" long hose for both sides and the older units with metal end tanks use a 3"x3"x8" long on the drivers side and the 3"x3-1/4"x8" on the passenger side.
Please measure your connections before ordering just in case. Available as shown or with 12 High quality Spring-loaded constant torque hose clamps. Early '99 Trucks (build date prior to 12/07/98) require smaller y-pipe couplers and due to the fact that they are a transition hose, cost a little more. Make sure that you order the right kit. If you order the clamp option for the early 99 trucks it only ships with 8 instead of 12. We don't have spring-loaded clamps small enough. Just reuse the stock y-pipe clamps. "Install was fairly easy. Hardest part was probably getting the old exhaust out and welding the adapters on and putting the little pins into the main wiring harness (which was a little nerve racking). But other than that it was pretty straight forward."

Tricky install on my truck, but works well and will make future oil changes easy
"I have a 2015 Ram 2500 and was tired of doing the oil changes on it. The kit was a bit tricky to install, I eventually took the air intake off which made it a lot easier to get everything torqued down correctly. a 7/8" crow's foot really helps getting the hose fittings secured. I also had to trim my fender flare a little bit to get the mounting bracket on. I have the Carli torsion sway bar and it doesn't interfere."
