EGR Valve and Cooler Delete Kit

2007.5-11 6.7L Dodge Cummins Cab and Chassis


The Cab & Chassis EGR Valve & Cooler Delete Kit allows removal of the EGR Valve & Cooler from the '07.5-'11 Cummins 6.7L for engine non-EGR conversion applications. Use of these plates will allow the stock intake and exhaust manifold to be retained for engine conversions.

2007-'12 6.7L Cummins Cab & Chassis vehicles Only**

Kit includes 1/2" Laser Cut steel plates, heater hose, fittings, Billet Intake Manifold cover and all required factory gaskets for installation.

**Note: Not for Standard Ram Applications

Please look at the picture below to determine which kit you need.  The early 09 trucks can have either set-up.

 

Optional Molded hose:
GDP is manufacturing a molded hose that fits the engine bay much better. This hose is made of 4-ply 3/4" silicone. It is used for the reconnection of the coolant passage from cylinder head to standpipe on '07.5-'11 6.7L Cummins applications.
