This is the Schwitzer performance compressor wheel commonly used on 99.5-03 Ford PowerStrokes with performance modifications to stop turbo surge problems associated with the stock wheel. It fits the GTP38 Turbocharger by Garrett.
This wheel is a direct fit replacement and will enhance turbo performance when towing or adding horsepower with performance modules,chips or exhausts. Often referred to as the Wicked Wheel , Superior wheel, Xtreme wheel etc.
This is the EXACT wheel which comes factory on the 94-early 99 turbos, thus it
will not change the characteristics of the turbo unless your factory wheel is
damaged. It is ONLY an upgrade to the 99.5-03 turbos to reduce / eliminate
turbo surge.

This wheel is not designed to be a performance enhancer. The purpose of the wicked wheel is to stop surging on the 1999.5-03 Ford PowerStroke. These years of the PowerStroke truck have a common surging issue at highway speeds and so the wicked wheel fixes this problem. The only way that you would see a performance gain is if your current wheel is damaged. This is why a lot of customers think that they have increased the horse power on their truck, they simply have fixed the turbo so it works correctly.
