Rebuilt stock replacement turbo with 1 year warranty. This turbo includes the stock 1.15 A/R housing, if you want a little faster spool-up choose the option of changing out the housing to a 1.0 A/R or .84 A/R.If your turbo is still good you can also just upgrade to the 1.0 A/R or .84 A/R housing separately. There is a $200 core charge on this turbo which you must pay at the time of sale.

The 94-97 7.3L Ford Powerstroke came stock with a 1.15 A/R exhaust housing on the turbo.This was largely done to keep exhaust temps lower due the the lack of an intercooler.The downside is that the trucks have horrible spool-up characteristics.By going to a smaller exhaust housing you can get the truck to spool faster.The downside is that your EGT's will be a little higher.Most any truck can get away with going to a 1.00 A/R housing.However, if you want to go down to the .84 A/R we recommend that you have an intercooler installed.If you don't want to source all of the parts out yourself Banks offers a complete drop in system.
