BD-Power 40 Horsepower Injector Set

Replace your stock injectors with BD’s flow-enhanced exchange fuel injectors. These injectors feature a new nozzle design with orifices created by an EDM machine for the highest degree of accuracy. Each orifice is then deburred through an abrasive extrusion process that enhances both fuel flow and atomization. This injector set is rated for 40 rear wheel horsepower on automatic transmission trucks, and 45 horsepower on 5-speed manual transmission trucks. Please choose appropriate vehicle from the two variants listed below for proper application. The injector set for 1994-1995 automatic transmission trucks does require a $50.00 fully refundable core charge which is listed below.
