White smoke, hard start? Typically, the stock 6.0L injectors have about a 100-150k mileage expectancy, and in most cases, there's not much that can be done to prolong this. Sure, the proper filtration coupled with a good oil additive will help, but the inherent design flaw of the 6.0L injector makes it prone to failure compared to other injectors.
We at Diesel Power Products have sourced these inexpensive replacements that feature a ONE YEAR WARRANTY,
just like the factory Bosch remans. These are still Bosch bodied
injectors, but are rebuilt using mostly aftermarket components, but are
still tested on a Bosch test stand to ensure their accuracy.
