Industrial Injection PhatShaft Turbo
The Industrial Injection PhatShaft is the original benchmark for upgraded turbos for your Cummins. The PhatShaft is the perfect upgrade turbo for Cummins owners who do a lot of towing, or in-town type driving. The PhatShaft is built with a 14cm turbine housing matched with a 65mm turbine. The original PhatShaft is available in 3 different compressor sizes, 62mm, 64mm, and 66mm, to better allow you a proper selection to match your requirements. On the PhatShaft 62, the wastegate is set at 40psi to prevent head gasket failure, and 45psi on the PhatShaft 64 and 66. All PhatShaft turbochargers are equipped with dual grooved bearings, extended tip technology, and an adjustable boost elbow for precise control of your airflow. The original PhatShaft 62 compliments moderate fueling upgrades and can support 350 - 550hp. The PhatShaft 64 can support 350-600hp, and the PhatShaft 66 is capable of up to 700hp. The original PhatShaft turbo is a bolt-in replacement turbo for your stock turbo.
