The 175/30% single shot injector is a serious injector. This injector flows 175mm^3 of fuel, while requiring no more high pressure oil to empty than a stock 'AD' injector. The nozzle on this injector starts out as a brand new, 7 hole Power Stroke nozzle, which has been modified to deliver approximately 30% more fuel (per unit of time) over a stock nozzle. Though the nozzle is larger than stock, it is still quite streetable. We consider this injector to be a good step for the customer who intends on upgrading the turbocharger and intercooler in the future. This injector is fully equivalent to any "Stage 2" injector on the market. Chip &/or programming changes are not required for 1994-1997 non-California trucks; though custom tuning is recommended for maximum performance.
***This injector is subject to a $480 core charge if your (returned, core) injectors are found to have fuel side damage. Please call if you have any questions. Split shot injectors (AB & AD code) are NOT a suitable core for this injector model***
All Prices (except Baby Swamps) Include Brand New Nozzle Assemblies and Internal and External O-rings. Baby Swamps come with reconditioned nozzles and new O-rings.
Notes:
First 3 digits of model number is maximum flow rate, second 3 digits are nozzle size. Our "30%" nozzles will flow 30% more fuel than the same injector with a stock "146" nozzle; our "200%" nozzle would flow 200% more fuel in the same amount of time, etc... An "S" before the first 3 numbers indicates a Split-Shot injector. A stock single-shot injector would be 98/146, a stock split-shot S/135/146. Price does not include shipping.
CORE CHARGES:
WE CHARGE AN UPFRONT CORE CHARGE TO ENSURE YOURS ARE RETURNED PROMPTLY. ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR CORE INJECTORS, A REFUND OF $1000 WILL BE ISSUED BACK TO YOU!
If your
cores have been exposed to gasoline, water, or poor fuel filtration,
then you can assume that all eight of the plungers and barrel assemblies
will be damaged, and will need to be replaced at a cost of $480 per
set. Normal injector wear, to include poppet valve wear, fuel plate
erosion, loss of internal spring tension, etc. is considered normal, and
these parts are repaired or replaced on every set. Normal wear will
not be subject to any loss of core charge refund.
