The 2010-2011 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 is all new this year and MBRP is one of the first to offer an exhaust kit for this new Cummins power plant.

The MBRP R&D team had the challenge of working around the diesel particulate filter and various other pieces of technology that have been put in place to meet the new diesel emissions standards. Their answer is to build a system that runs from the diesel particulate filter back.
Even with the larger engine and Cummins reputation for building "authoritative" sounding engines, MBRP found that the cat, along with the new particulate filter, provided excellent noise suppression. The stock muffler, which is approximately 40% the size of it's predecessor, did little more than increase back pressure and EGT's. Removing the muffler and generally improving exhaust flow has resulted in better throttle response and overall performance.
