Are you tired of replacing your stock EGR cooler again and again?  And are you worried that by deleting the EGR system will give you issues with passing emissions?  If you are a 6.0L PowerStroke owner, you are undoubtedly aware of the issues with the stock 6.0L's EGR system leaking from overpressurization.  BulletProof manufactures upgraded EGR coolers that carry a LIFETIME WARRANTY, something completely unheard of in this industry. 



BulletProof offers two versions of this upgraded cooler, round and square.  If you are unsure of which you need, check the tag on your door for the date of manufacture of your truck.  If it was produced BEFORE 9/22/03, you will need the ROUND version.  And if it was produced AFTER 9/22/03 you will need the square. 

NOTE:  This product requires that your stock EGR cooler be returned as a core.  Prior to shipping, please contact us to receive an RMA number and address for return.
