EGR/Cooler Delete Kit

2003-2007 6.0L Ford PowerStroke

This EGR delete kit by Flo~Pro will simplify your Ford PowerStroke engine. You will not have to deal with your EGR valve sticking anymore or the possibility of a blown head gasket due to a leaking EGR cooler. This also will lower engine coolant temperatures and increase engine reliability. Customers also will see a small increase in their fuel economy.


Kit Includes:
O-Ring Seals
Stainless Steel Mandrel bent Pipe
Gaskets
Compression fitting seal
Hose Clamps
Uses Factory Threaded Parts
Fits – 2003-2007 6.0L Ford PowerStroke
No tabs holding the fabricated tube in place. Uses factory hardware and does not require total removal of the intake manifold!

*NOTE:  2005-2007 model years will set an EGR Flow Insufficient Code. A diesel tuner is highly recommended.
