Silicone EGR Cooler Bypass Hose

2007.5-11 6.7L Dodge Cummins


This is a Custom 4-ply 3/4" silicone heater hose for reconnection of the coolant passage from cylinder head to standpipe on  6.7L Cummins. This is not a stretch/twist to fit hose from the autoparts store but an application specific custom silicone hose.

If you have deleted your EGR cooler this custom molded cooler bypass hose gives you numerous option for coolant bypass. This hose was built for us with additional length on both connection legs to cover numerous applications. Legs will need to be trimmed to length depending on your preferred connection method.
Model Specifications

2007.5-2008 trucks require the molded hose plus a barbed adapter that will be included in the kit.

2009+ trucks require the molded hose, the barbed adapter, plus the billet standpipe heater hose adapter.

All components will be included in the kit for a complete installation.
