If you've ever tried to change out your thermostat in the Powerstroke, you'll find that the factory thermostat housing leaves much to be desired. It is a very poor quality stamped steel that doesn't always seal properly when replacing your thermostat and they rust very quickly. The OEM housing is also considered to be "disposable", meaning it's designed for a single usage. If it has to be removed, it must be replaced. The flanges bend under the load of the bolts. The Dieselsite Billet housing is designed to be used over and over again and give you years of trouble-free service.......and it looks great too!
The Dieselsite Stainless Steel mounting bolts with your new Billet Aluminum Thermostat Housing furthers your protection against corrosion. We have experienced that in addition to the stock thermostat housing having corrosion concerns, the stock steel mounting bolts also are susceptible to excessive corrosion. Gasket and replacement bolts included.

Are the new bolts included? thanks?
Bolts and a new gasket are included with the housing.
Do u sale just the bolts?
We do not sell just the bolts only no.
Do you offer one for a 1990 model (NOT the 'Powerstroke' designation), just International Harvester 7.3L V-8 (naturally aspirated) that was factory installed in the Ford diesels of that year??
Unfortunately there is nothing on the 1990 models at this time no. -AW
