ICON's 4.5" Hanger System increases the ride height of your truck while maintaining a better than stock ride quality using the stock springs. All of the brackets and other suspension components bolt on to your truck without requiring any cutting, welding, or drilling.
Installing this system with ICON's Series IFP or Reservoir shocks will guarantee the best overall ride quality and performance.

- 2001-2004 3” and 4.5” hanger kits come complete with a new replacement front cross-member. This crossmember replaces the factory crossmember
- These are stand-alone kits and are not to be used in conjunction with any other aftermarket kits
