The 5.9 and 6.7L Cummins can be a powerhouse of an engine. If your adding and aftermarket turbo or a high horsepower tune, the OptiTorque Patriot Head Stud Kit is a necassary upgrade.

Each head stud kit is constructed from vacuum melted micro alloyed American manufactured HSLA steel and are heat treated via a proprietary tempering process for a fine grain structure. Each stud then goes through a thread rolling process and feature a block side bottoming boss that eliminates the need of special installation tools. Each fastener is hot temperature oiled and brilliant black oxide coated for protection. This kit contains forged, high strength, heat treated 12 point nuts and precision ground load distributing washers, ensuring a uniform clamp load.
