If you have ever experianced tie rod fitment issues on your lifted 2011-2020 GM Duramax, you know how much of a pain in the neck it can be. With some lift kits, manufactures will require the use of thier supplied tie rods with aftermarket spindles. This taperd sleeve will allow you to install stock or aftermarket heavy duty tie rods in kits that required you to change yours. This RP69257A is tapered on the outside to sleeve their spindle back to the OE taper on the inside so ANY OE & Aftermarket Replacement Tie Rod End can be installed.
