The Cummins Stealth 64 is an upgraded, drop-in, replacement turbo for the 2003-2004 5.9L Cummins. It is designed to bolt in and require nothing other than removing the factory turbo and dropping this one in it's place. The turbo features a custom profile, 64mm (actual measurement 63.5mm) billet wheel perfectly mapped to a modified compressor cover and 65mm, 10-blade turbine inside the HE351's 9cm housing.
The Cummins Stealth 64 is one of the quickest spooling turbo's we have tested for the 5.9L Cummins. Even the most experienced enthusiast have a hard time telling the difference between a stock HE351 and a Stealth 64 during light throttle, daily driving. This is directly tied to the tight exhaust housing and light weight turbine wheel. If you are going to daily drive your Cummins, consider a quick spool-up a "must have".
Stock injector / built transmission trucks can expect an easy 100+ RWHP (Rear Wheel Horse Power) gain with no tune adjustment required. With the quick spool and improved top end power, this is a great turbo for towing performance. If you use your truck for work and frequently tow, the Stealth 64 is up to the task. Calibrated Power has measured excellent EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) control without sacrificing performance.
This charger is the perfect fit for those of you with future plans for a twin kit. Take your time and put the build together in stages. Start by upgrading the factory charger with an easy drop-in and build off it down the road. In a compound or twin kit, some have taken this turbo to 950-1,000HP! Of course, those builds include a more extensive list of supporting modifications. Still it is nice to know there is a proven formula to follow.
On the other hand, if you want streetable power out of a single turbo, the Stealth 64 delivers. When really pushed, this turbo is capable of over 700RWHP! Calibrated Power tested 100% over injectors with a 12mm CP3 pump on a 2007 Cummins while sporting the Stealth 64. The truck produced a whopping 722RWHP and made one mean machine on the street!

2006 Cummins. Is the Calibrated Diesel 64mm available in a T4 exhaust hot housing??
These are not, as they are designed to work with the stock T3 or Aftermarket manifolds in T3.
I have a 2003 dodge 3500 with 6"" lift and 37"" tires . I pull my service trailer everywhere. The truck is stock with bully dog GT tuner . Will the truck perform better with this turbo Thanks?
Yes this will work with this truck. it is recommended tuner to help with fueling of the turbo.
I was wondering what the Inlet sizes weather two-and-a-half 3 in and what is the exhaust side size is it 4 or 5 in??
This is a drop in turbo for the 03-07 5.9 CR applications. So turbo inlet size, and outlet size will be the same as the OEM HE351
What boost numbers yave you seen on stock and aftermarket fueling??
This will greatly depend on supporting mods. 35-45psi is common to be seen, however it is important to remember boost is simply a measurement of restriction. Boost has little to do with performance, as we are looking for volume.
Does this come with the electric actuator for the waist gate as shown in the photos?
No it does not come with the actuator. SNA
Does the stealth 64 have any kind of warranty??
1 year manufacturers warranty from Calibrated Power.
Does this turbo come with the gasket for the manifold mating surface, do you have the vband clamps for the exhaust from the intermediate to the down pipe??
It would come with a basic gasket kit, but no v/band clamps you would have to reuse those.-Sands
