I was born and raised in Spokane (with a few early years in Paris, Tennessee mixed in). After graduating from high school, I served our country in the US Army, spending time in Europe and the Middle East.
After the service, I returned to Spokane to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in Forensic Science. I became a Deputy for the Spokane County Sheriff's Office and served on the SWAT team for several years before switching careers to computer programming and joining Power Products.
I have a passion for competition and the outdoors, which led me to compete in two Ironman triathlons and several marathons. Currently my pursuits are little more tame and are limited to mountain biking or gravel bike riding.
When I’m not at work you’ll find me in my Jeep, hiking with my dogs, or spending time with my wife, Michelle.
