Like most AFE intakes you can choose from 3 different filter types; Pro 5R, Pro Dry S, and the Pro Guard 7, pick the one that suits your needs the best.
This system was created to get the maximum amount of cold dense air into your rig giving you a huge surge in performance. AFE is able to achieve these gains with their unique one piece housing that incorporates a battery tray. The built in tray serves to increase the size of the air box while doubling as an air scoop. This air scoop combined with the standard air box opening means big power for your truck.
Like most other AFE systems you can choose between three different filter types. Each 1000cfm filter allows 360 degree radial airflow and features 10 layers of progressive cotton media filtration. Wrapped and reinforced with a wire mesh to provide maximum strength, these filters offer the highest quality of airflow. The Pro10R is an oiled filter that offers the highest airflow while the ProDryS is a dry filter that provides maximum filtration.
