To aid in simplicity, the high-performance manifold is EGR compatible and retains the stock downpipe and intake instead of the "hot air" intakes or 2nd gen conversions. BD DIESEL PERFORMANCE

Originally founded in 1972 as Valley Fuel Injection that specialized in fuel injection rebuilding and calibrating, BD Diesel gained the most notoriety beginning in 1989 with the release of their first exhaust brake designed for Ram trucks with the acclaimed 12 Valve Cummins engine. BD would later rename Valley Fuel Injection to BD Diesel Truck Service and Performance Center that operates as an extension to BD Diesel Performance. Today, they operate out of a 65,000 square foot facility in Abbotsford, British Columbia and employ over 100 highly skilled individuals. They are constantly pushing the envelope with forward thinking products that not only fill voids in the marketplace, but also take existing products and push them to the next level.

BD DIESEL TRANSMISSION UPGRADES

Transmissions have a singular but ambitious challenge - to transfer all the torque from the diesel engine to the drive wheels. This must be accomplished while maintaining shift quality and minimizing NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness). With stock or OE configurations, this capacity challenge is somewhat less than extraordinary. Comparatively, a high output diesel that develops 2-4 times the original engine torque and keeping stellar driving characteristics at this power level becomes a new feat. Utilizing the latest technology in CAD and FEA simulation, BD can predict and eliminate failures before they happen. The dedicated team of BDs Transmission and Torque Convertor Department are true experts in the development and analysis of the diesel transmission.

BD EXHAUST BRAKES

BD built its reputation on exhaust brakes starting in the early 90's with many casting designs for both engine and remote mount air actuated systems. Rugged cast-iron bodies with an offset stainless steel butterfly build peak efficiency quickly.

"I would most likely give this product a 3. 5 because with the price I am paying for what seems to be a piece of square tubing, hardware and a bearing, the quality was not what I expected. I was having trouble aligning the bearing onto the steering shaft while also aligning the two bolts on the bracket. After, about 30 minutes of struggle I realized the bearing was pressed in crooked and was unable to be flush with the bracket. I ended up tapping the bearing in and everything fit together nicely after. The instructions were very straightforward and have all the info you will need for the install. I was also under the impression the brace would be painted black, not a raw finish look. Although install was tricky I am very happy with the result. The steering is much more responsive and solid then it was previously. I spend much less time making adjustments going down the highway. Although I am not happy with the cost and other pieces, I cannot argue that it greatly improved the steering in my 2001 Cummins."

Hey I was just wondering if control arms in general would help clear 305/55r20 -44 wheels and tires to go full lock with a 2"" RC leveling kit and an adjustable track bar. My tires rub at about 3/4 turn or less because of the stock rake and I've ""heard"" that adjustable control arms can ""push"" the axel forward to stop this on lifted/lowered vehicles. Let me know your guys expertise thoughts THANKS! - 06 Cummins

No, those are an isolated poly bushing that are replaceable. Carli only offers a fixed arm and are designed only for up to 3"" of added lift.
Hi ive been looking at the rt700 twin turbo kit, im currently running industrial injections add a turbo set up on my 2012 6.7 cummins. i was wondering if getting this innercooler would truly benefit me with the set up im going to be running or if there is a better route to take thank you in advance
Yes, with the additional airflow that your turbo system is producing, this inter-cooler would work very well with your application. Much more efficient cooling of the air over the factory.
