BD's new Pulse manifold is cast from high-silicon ductile iron which can withstand extremely high temperatures, as well as the additional weight created by bigger single or twin turbo systems. Using modern technology to ensure optimal internal geometry, this manifold's crafted precision slip joints allow the manifold to expand and contract so it bends not breaks under massive stress.
