This BDS kit for 2011-2016 6.7L Fords is designed and built around a massive tubular radius arm replacement. These arms are built to handle far more than the factory parts they are replacing. Designed with a factory style rubber bushing mount at the frame to keep the NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) levels in check, you'll immediately notice a difference from your stock parts. The massive 3-1/4" diameter bushings have a maintenance-free service life. For easier installation the radius arms have been designed to mount right into the factory locations. Alignment cam locks are included that allow for caster adjust-ability, something your factory arms do not provide. In addition to adding 2.5" of lift the radius arms are geometrically set to keep the axle angle in factory specs.
And if massive, quality made radius arms are not enough, this system also features dual-rate front coil springs that improve the ride and handling of your truck both on and off the road. BDS' popular heavy-duty turnbuckle style adjustable track bar is included to center the axle. Front break line relocation brackets included along with your choice of BDS NX2-series or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks are available.
Rear Lift Option:
Choose between No Block (tail low stance), 4" Block Kit (level stance), and 5" Block Kit (tail high stance).
Shock Option:
NX2 Series Shocks - BDS NX2 series gas shocks offer impressive performance on and offroad. They use a nitrogen charged, twin tube design with 10-stage velocity sensitive valving for lightning fast dampening and superior control.
FOX 2.0 Series Shocks - Fox 2.0 performance series shocks have been tuned and tested by both FOX and BDS Suspension to maximize performance specific to each application and to every BDS Suspension system. The basic shock design is based on proven Fox Racing Shox race products, but re-designed to maximize the ride quality, handling, and control of your BDS equipped truck, whether on or off the road.
FOX 2.5 Performance Elite - For next-level performance, FOX has developed the 2.5 Performance Elite Series. These shocks are ready straight out of the box as they are tuned specifically for the BDS suspension systems. These 2.5" diameter shocks are ready to run through a wall for you with race-proven technology. Equipped with a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity, it keeps heat down through the system. DSC Adjuster is controlled with a twist of either two knobs giving you 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels so you can be ready every time.
About BDS Suspension
BDS Suspension was started in 1996 by a business group who felt it was past time to create a suspension company that truly had the best interest of the off road consumer as its' foundation. With over 45 combined years experience with other major suspension companies, both buying and selling, the individuals that would make up the BDS name were frustrated by the lack of quality and the unwillingness to make things right by these 4x4 companies. So, they set out to create a suspension company that would be the best and made a list of the things they felt were not right and made it their mission to correct them.
One of the most important of these wrongs they were looking to right were that of other companies warranties. Too often, the standard protocol was that a broken or damaged part from another manufacturer was denied warranty because of abuse or neglect. For BDS, its simple, if it breaks, they'll replace it, and that is the motto in which they have based their entire warranty off of. So, they welcome you, try and break it, if you do, they'll replace it and probably try to determine a way to increase the rigidity of the product to ensure it never happens again.
BDS LIFT KITSWhile most people whom have heard of BDS Suspension automatically think of "lift kits," that ony touches on the wide variety of suspension and steering related products that BDS offers. BDS understands that not everyone is after a complete lift kit, but still after the quality BDS products bring to the table. Some of our most popular products from BDS are replacement adjustable track bars and dual steering stabilizer kits that in many instances can be installed on a completely stock truck, or one that's leveled or lifted. Other popular "non lift kit" parts are leveling kits that include upgraded shocks, progressive rate coil springs, heavy duty control or radius arms, and even leaf springs.
