Are you ready to gain some altitude in your SuperDuty coupled with increased suspension performance? Whether your truck stays on the pavement or you like to hit some dirt on the weekends, this kit from BDS will not only deliver additional ride height for larger tire fitment and ground clearance, but also a better ride, no matter the conditions. As far as quality...no cheap coil or radius arm spacers here, only fine tuned replacement coils and stout, stellar looking radius arms with this kit!

At the heart of this system is a pair of heavy duty radius arms built to withstand whatever abuse you can throw at them. Built from 1-3/4" OD -10GA DOM tubing with support gussets, these replacement arms are far superior to the factory stamped steel units. They use a high clearance design for extra ground clearance and are formed inward to allow for additional clearance of oversized tires. They incorporate factory style 3-1/4" rubber bushings to minimize road vibrations and allow for a long, maintenance-free bushing life. The arms bolt into the factory mounting points and reposition the front axle to correct caster angle.

The additional 4" of lift comes from a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.5 factory series remote reservoir coilovers. Available with or without the optional DSC these coilovers are preset right out of the box for optimal performance with the weight of the 6.7L Powerstroke diesel engine. They are an easy install using the supplied frame and axle mounting brackets and pair with FOX 2.0 performance gas shocks offer a smooth ride and improved control over rough terrain. To improve steering angles a forged drop pitman arm is supplied with an integrated drag link flip.

Coilover Options

Choose between Fox 2.5 Series Coil-Overs or Fox 2.5 Series Coilovers with Dual Speed Compression(DSC) Adjusters to outfit the front and rear of your Powerstroke.

  • Fox 2.5 Series Coil-Overs - These shocks are built on the foundation of the Fox Factory Series 2.5 Remote Coil-over and have been designed to work with BDS lift systems. The coil-overs come preloaded with Eibach coil springs and are adjusted to achieve the proper ride height right out of the box.
  • Fox 2.5 Series With DSC Adjusters - These coil-overs are built on the foundation of the Fox Factory Series 2.5 Remote Coil-over with Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjusters and have been designed to work with BDS lift systems. The coil-overs come preloaded with Eibach coil springs and specifically tuned valving, and are adjusted to achieve the proper ride height right out of the box. These coil-over kits come boxed as a pair with remote reservoir mounting brackets, DSC adjusters and all of the necessary hardware. The Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjuster provides added control and comfort tuning for on-road use while also offering more aggressive damping for use off-road. The adjuster allows for precise suspension tuning with the simple twist of two clearly defined knobs: No tools and no mess, just a way to easily fine-tune your suspension to best suit your needs in any conditions. The DSC increases both low and high-speed compression levels up to 25%, allowing you to maximize small bump compliance and traction while still having the extra damping required for big hits.

Front Adjustable HD Track Bar

These new track bars are a massive upgrade to the factory unit, constructed from 1-3/8" solid steel stock reinforced with gusseted ends to handle whatever on-road and off-road abuse you can through at it. Adjustments are made at the 1-3/8"-12 fine threaded center turnbuckle with pinchbolt ends to allow easy tuning to properly recenter the front axle for a range of lift heights. The track bar is formed for proper clearance around critical front end components and is designed to easy installation without the need to clearance the factory frame and axle mounts. Both ends use high-durometer polyurethane bushings with thick-walled steel sleeves for strength and reliability. Parts come with a high quality textured black powdercoat finish for a great look and excellent corrosion resistance. The are designed for use on 0-4" of lift and can be used in combination with most aftermarket track bar brackets to be used on taller lift heights.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Fits Diesel models only.
  • Ford recommends replacement of the pitman arm nut after each time it has been removed.
  • If installed on a truck with a top mounted overload spring, with an overload spacer block taller than 1-1/8" UBT4027 (Qty: 4) are required.
  • Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
  • If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
  • Due to taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift height. Final ride height will be the same as standard models.
  • Larger tires on stock wheel are not recommended due to brake line clearance required. Use recommended specs listed in wheel and tire fitment section.
  • Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups.
  • Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs.
