I just bought a 2003 Jetta TDI with 193,000+ miles on it. It's a 5 speed and I'm primarily interested in increasing efficiency of the engine and wondered how these would interact with my stock everything? I'm thinking that at 193,000 miles it could probably benefit from new injectors anyway? I have a dodge 3500 and run a madds smarty with the truck usually tuned to the economy tune. That's pretty much my intention with the VW. I bought it for a run around car that is more fun and can carry more people than the ranger pickup I inherited from my dad. Boring... and I don't need a little pickup when I have the big pickup. I'm considering a tuner mostly for the readouts but don't know of any that are available. So injectors, turbo and then exhaust I suppose.?
The 110 Nozzles would be a great upgrade for your existing injectors. Keep in mind these are just nozzles and we would highly recommend having an experienced fuel shop install these on your injectors. You can expect to see quicker throttle response and better MPG's.
Would a tune need to be done with these nozzles??
A tune would not need to be installed on the car to run these nozzles, however a tune would be beneficial to get the most out of those nozzles.
