Description
The factory EGR cooler on your 6.0L is designed to reroute spent exhaust gases back into your engine in an effort to reduce overall emissions output. The original design of the factory coolers were prone to failure due to heat stress cracks and many aftermarket units are susceptible to the same demise. Take note from a company whom has been building upgraded EGR coolers for 6.0's longer than anyone and only replace it one last time. WHAT IS H-CORE? In short, H-Core is the latest design offered exclusively through Bulletproof Diesel which virtually eliminates any potential for cracking of the internal tubes over long term use because of the ability of the internally braided tubing to move and flex. This also allows for additional tubing to be added, which in turn creates cooler exhaust gas being exhaled from the cooler.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
  • EGR Coolers do not include gasket. Optional gasket set is available to add. Gasket set includes all the necessary gaskets for removing and replacement of your EGR cooler. Includes turbo bolts, intake manifold gaskets and all the EGR cooler gaskets.

"I was never informed where to ship back the core then I shipped to diesel power products and I pay 33 dollars for shipping and in top of that diesel power products charge me an extra 13plus dollars to ship the core to the manufacturer very over all I should just not return anything and let manufacturers charge me the total of 50 dollars and without have to go through all that hassle. I trusted them because I had already buy many parts but don’t know if I wish to keep making business with Diesel Power Products"

EGR cooler bulletproof

"I decided to put in a new EGR cooler from bulletproof diesel Although there was nothing wrong with the original one the HP hose came apart, and I thought it would be a good idea to replace the EGR cooler and the oil cooler at the same time since the top of the engine was already open. Save me a lot of money in labor to have them individually replaced. The EGR cooler is second to none and it’s working just fine without any issues. Wonderful product."
