Eliminate the infamous 7.3L Powerstroke #8 injector knock and fuel starvation with this kit from CNC Fabrication. This kit is designed to eliminate the parker style vibraloc fittings who's rings are prone to failure and are a huge bottleneck for fuel delivery. All the lines are made of mandrel bent 304 stainless steel and are double flared to ensure a proper seal.
IMPORTANT NOTES: This kit will delete the factory fuel bowl. Customer will have to supply his/her own 1/2" fuel line form the pump to the manifold block. If running injectors larger injectors than 180cc, it is recommended that you upgrade your fuel pump or add another stock one.

This 4 line fuel feed system doesn't seem to allow the hot fuel to flow OUT of the HEADS and back to the tank (to cool) when the extra fuel supply is not needed, like a FrX return kit. What is CNC Fabrication's solution/answer to this situation? Shouldn't there be a return line off of one of the heads??
Hello, I am working on getting you a answer but am unable to contact the manufacturer at this time. If you would be able to shoot me a email directly I will get your answer to you thank you! -DK
Does this kit actually delete the fuel bowl? The picture shows it still there and CNC's website doesn't say I deletes the bowl, only if I buy the bowl delete block.?
Whoops looks like we accidentally transferred the listing to that one. We will have to get that fixed. That kit CNC Fabrication High Flow 4 Line Fuel Feed Kit 99-03 7.3L Ford Powerstroke, won't delete the block for 250. The kits for 350 that say filter delete block will. Apologize for the confusion, let us know if you have any more questions. DppSands
I have a 2000 van 7.3 and have installed air dog, fuel bowl delete and 4 fuel line upgradesI.I am looking at doing injectors (sticking with stock)what do you suggest for #8 ad or ae??
What ever came out of the van. If you are not sure or are not in a position to pull the valve covers you could run either or. The AE has a better chance of not causing that injection "cackle" though, we have asked a couple injector shops and they recommend the AE if someone doesn't know what they have. -Sands
this a non regulated fuel supply??
Correct the fuel bowl delete kit will not be regulated. So you will have to supply it with regulated pressure. -Sands
