Description
This direct replacement intercooler pipe kit from HS Motorsports is designed to alleviate the issue of the failure prone factory pipe. Time and again, its been proven that the stock pipe will burst, crack, and separate. When this happens, your turbo cannot create pressure, meaning that your truck is dead in the water. This hose kit is built from 5 ply stainless reinforced silicone hose so not only will it last indefinitely, the construction will make it a snap to install.This kit allows you to replace the factory plastic/rubber intercooler hose assembly with upgraded components. The factory plastic hose adapter is replaced with a CNC-machined billet aluminum adapter that includes provisions for reinstalling the factory charge-air temperature sensor. The factory rubber intercooler hose is replaced with an upgraded 5-ply stainless reinforced silicone hose that is proven to withstand serious abuse.
