If you are running in excess of 45psi of boost on your 24V or Common Rail Dodge Cummins you run a real risk of stretching your stock head bolts causing head gasket failure. ARP diesel head studs are good insurance against head gasket failure. Don't ruin your day at the track or dyno. Get it done! It is for good reason that virtually every top professional engine builder relies on ARP Pro Series head studs for their all-out competition powerplants. Simply stated, there's not a better stud setup on the market today. ARP uses a premium grade 8740 alloy that is rated far superior to aircraft quality. Then, each stud is placed vertically in special racks and precisely heat-treated to 200,000 psi. ARP studs are thread rolled after heat-treat, which gives them about 1000% (that's ten times) better fatigue strength than those studs that are threaded prior to heat-treat (a very common industry practice). You won't find a better quality stud on the market from any other source.

great product and super easy install while replacing head gasket. The torque sequence is pretty tedious but well worth it for the end result. Before purchasing I was afraid it would not come with enough thread lubricant to do the install but behold there is plenty that they ship you with the studs to complete the job!

If you are a 6.7 Cummins owner, This is a must to insure head gasket failure is eliminated. This is more common with the factory VGT turbo that causes such high drive pressure that it tends to stretch the factory head bolts. The fix is ARP studs!

i don't plan on super big power for my truck but i would like to get upgraded injectors and turbo. maybe upwards of about 800 hp max. is it recommended to get the 625s? or would these do just fine for what I'm looking for??
Above about 700hp we would recommend the 625's.
When I change out the head studs can I do so with out breaking the head gasket seal like one by one.?
Yes you can. If the gasket integrity has not been compromised that is the best way to do it.
