- Not necessarily, the Hellfire is achieving the same goal, just having a Cetane booster in it.
- I came across a new bottle of fords power stroke diesel cetane booster and performance improver, it is and older bottle identified as PM-17-A, FIR No. 174524, it looks to be in excellent condition. Would it be safe to use in my 2016 Duramax? I have never used cetane booster before and am curious as to how much the performance will be enhanced.
- That would absolutely be safe to run in a Duramax, and that is going to help with a more efficient combustion event, so there will be a slight gain in performance and possible some fuel economy as well.

- With Hellfire being a Cetane focused additive it takes more Hellfire to get to that additional Cetane number that some folks want for there diesels. -Mark

- The way they have this portioned is one ounce (Built in measuring cup) per 32 gallons. I have personally dumped an entire bottle in my tank before and the truck ran awesome. If you want to make your bottle last the longest I would recommend 1 ounce per fill up maybe 2 in the winter months. -Mark
