Introducing high flowing intake air while having the ability to retain the factory EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve! As emissions standards for diesels get tighter, diesel owners are having to make the tough decision as to whether or not to keep their emissions equipment in place, or remove it. Typically, when removing the emissions devices from the trucks require custom tuners that will potentially void your factory engine warranty, as well as not allow the vehicle to pass an emissions test. For those of you that are taking the route of retaining the factory emissions equipment, but would still like to boost your horsepower and fuel economy, while reducing intake temperatures, AFE has released their EGR compliant BladeRunner Intake Manifold for the 4th Generation Cummins 6.7L!
The BladeRunner intake manifold uses a unique MDV (Multiple Directional Vane) technology to guide the air through the manifold maximizing air flow. Constructed out of cast 808 aluminum alloy, this manifold uses a proprietary internal bolt design to help increase the flow and provide a solid seal void of leaks or deformities. The BladeRunner comes with 2 ports for nitrous injection, gauges and other accessories used by hardcore enthusiasts. And as previously indicated, this manifold allows for the retention of the stock EGR valve. In recent testing, the BladeRunner intake manifold outflowed the factory intake by 34% which resulted in gains of up to 11 HP and 27 lbs. x ft. of torque.

Does the Bladerunner come with with plugs for the extra ports? I have also seen dyno numbers for this piece of equipment. Hard to believe it will produce 11 additional horse. Any supporting documents will help. Thank you?
The BladeRunner comes with 2 ports for nitrous injection, gauges and other accessories, lastly a diesel engine is a air pump. If you can increase air flow into the engine you will gain hp. Unfortunately we do not have the Dyno sheet regarding it.
Will it void the factory warranty??
We cannot speak for all warranty programs, however, given that it does not remove any emissions equipment it should be fine.
will this work with the factory grid heater ? complete bolt on no modifications ??
That is correct yes.
I ordered and received this a month ago: ""AFE-46-10071-1 AFE EGR Compliant BladeRunner Intake Manifold 07.5-15 6.7L Cummins-Intake Manifold Only"" and I'm getting ready to install it on my 2015 Laramie 2500 6.7L Dodge Mega Cab. I wanted to confirm before I tear into it that I have everything I need by ordering the Intake Manifold Only... No new gaskets, hardware, etc needed??
Believe we had spoke to you via phone this morning. You should be good to go.
Will this fit my 2017 2500 Cummins 6.7 4x4 ??
Yes, these will work up to the 2017 applications.
Does it come with the throttle body delete fitting? If not which is compatible??
It does not come with one, the preface behind doing that manifold is to use the factory egr system and throttle valve. But any bolt on throttle valve delete would bolt on to that are piece.
Does this just bolt on and ready to go or do you need to use a tuner to bypass anything?
No addition tuning or components are required.
Can the additional ports on this be used for water/meth injection instead of nitrous??
