Description
With heavy aftermarket wheel and tire packages, the stock power steering pressures and lack of cooling ability become an issue on the JL and JT. Apex Designs discovered that the factory power steering is capable of running at higher pressures with ease after installation of the Apex Designs Power Steering Booster Kit. This kit retunes the factory blowoff valve so you can increase the steering power by 40% for easier steering when your tires are aired down during off-road use. More pressure equates to more heat, so unless you plan on supplying your own cooler, purchasing this kit with the cooler is strongly recommended.
