Description
Are you looking at turning your Ford SuperDuty into something more than a highway vehicle? Are you looking for some lift that will turn heads as you drive past? BDS has created a 4" Lift Kit with 4-Link control bars along with an advanced FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coilover system that uses race-proven technology to give you the ultimate in ride comfort and control. The 4-Link conversion uses all the benefits of a multi-link system without creating a ton of install headaches. Improve your stance, performance, and capability all while getting the room for those sweet 35" tires. This bolt-on upgrade is made of high-strength steel with calibrated geometry to limit caster change through any turn. The FOX 2.5 Coilover mounts combine the best of two worlds into one place. Combining the coil spring and the shock absorber into one unit, you get incredible handling and performance all while increasing suspension longevity. With its remote reservoir, each FOX 2.5 Elite Performance shock keeps your heat down and articulation way up. If you have any plans of taking your SuperDuty off-road and want a suspension that just won't quit, look no further. Rear Lift Options: Block Kit- A 5" high-strength fabricated lift block that replaces the stock block. Leaf Springs- If you're looking to replace, this kit comes with a new set of leaf springs which eliminate the need for a lift block. These leaf springs maintain factory payload weight ratings while giving a more controlled and stable feel. Steering Stabilizer Options: Single NX2 Nitro: Are you worried about your steering control? NX2 Nitro Steering Stabilizer is designed to be a high-end performance shock at an affordable price. Built with a durable metallic finish, a large fluon-banded piston, and self-lubricating seals this stabilizer is tough enough to last but tuned with vehicle-specific valving to give you amazing control. Built with both the morning commute and some light off-roading in mind, keep stress out of your steer and install one of these today! Dual NX2 Nitro Series: Is one not enough? Then upgrade to a dual steering stabilizer setup which gives further enhanced vehicle control and lessens side-to-side motion to a greater effect. Heavy off-roading requires a heavy suspension that can handle it but can still be smooth on asphalt. Dual FOX 2.0 Performance Series: Taking things even further is the dual FOX 2.0 setup. Built to last from the top up this performance setup will enhance control, reduce shimmy and bump steer, and improve tire wear and front-end component life. Protect your investment and smooth out your rough spots before they leave you figuratively hanging. Carrier Bearing Drop Kit Option:A 2-piece rear drive shaft will require some extra work as the geometry of your drive system will now have some added stress. We recommend adding this carrier bearing drop to avoid any potential driveline vibration with the added lift height. Front Adjustable Track Bar Option: When installing a lift kit, it's important to keep the correct geometry for your axle and the rest of the suspension system. If you don't, you will add extra stress where you don't want it and it can start to wear down your bushing, ball joints, and control arms. Use a front adjustable track bar to keep proper alignment by centering the axle and giving you better handling on top. While there is enough in this kit to re-align your steering to the correct geometry, if you plan on taking your truck off-road, we highly recommend adding on a full-front adjustable.

About BDS Suspension

BDS Suspension was started in 1996 by a business group who felt it was past time to create a suspension company that truly had the best interest of the off road consumer as its' foundation. With over 45 combined years experience with other major suspension companies, both buying and selling, the individuals that would make up the BDS name were frustrated by the lack of quality and the unwillingness to make things right by these 4x4 companies. So, they set out to create a suspension company that would be the best and made a list of the things they felt were not right and made it their mission to correct them.

One of the most important of these wrongs they were looking to right were that of other companies warranties. Too often, the standard protocol was that a broken or damaged part from another manufacturer was denied warranty because of abuse or neglect. For BDS, its simple, if it breaks, they'll replace it, and that is the motto in which they have based their entire warranty off of. So, they welcome you, try and break it, if you do, they'll replace it and probably try to determine a way to increase the rigidity of the product to ensure it never happens again.

BDS LIFT KITS

While most people whom have heard of BDS Suspension automatically think of "lift kits," that ony touches on the wide variety of suspension and steering related products that BDS offers. BDS understands that not everyone is after a complete lift kit, but still after the quality BDS products bring to the table. Some of our most popular products from BDS are replacement adjustable track bars and dual steering stabilizer kits that in many instances can be installed on a completely stock truck, or one that's leveled or lifted. Other popular "non lift kit" parts are leveling kits that include upgraded shocks, progressive rate coil springs, heavy duty control or radius arms, and even leaf springs.
