BDS Suspension 4" Lift Kit 11-16 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke F-250/F-350 4WD

Easily lift your truck and improve your ride quality at the same time with this 4" suspension kit from BDS. This kit is centered around the BDS Pro-Ride coil springs that have an improved spring rate to help your suspension have more flexibility while maintaining load capacity. Also included in this system are a pair of 1/4" thick, frame mounted radius arm drop brackets to reposition the arms to correct geometry. The steering is corrected with a forged drop pitman arm used in combination with a heavy duty track bar drop bracket to recenter the front axle. Rounding out these kits BDS includes sway bar relocation, brake line extensions, rear FOX 2.0 performance shocks and your choice of rear block kit or GlideRide replacement leaf springs. Shock Options: NX2 Nitro Series Shocks - BDS NX2 series gas shocks offer impressive performance on and offroad. They use a nitrogen-charged, twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving for lightning-fast dampening and superior control. FOX 2.0 Performance Series Shocks - Fox 2.0 performance series shocks have been tuned and tested by both FOX and BDS Suspension to maximize performance specific to each application and every BDS Suspension system. The Internal Floating Piston (IFP) shock design is based on proven Fox Racing Shocks race products but re-designed to maximize the ride quality, handling, and control of your BDS-equipped truck, whether on or off the road. FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series - Need to kick your suspension up another notch? The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series greatly expands your off-road capabilities and how much punishment your shocks can take. Made with external reservoirs to keep your shock oil away from high stress and higher temperatures, the elite series shocks are part of a suspension that will handle whatever you throw at it. Comes with easy adjustments to switch between different terrains, load and speed. Dual Speed Compression Adjuster comes standard. Steering Stabilizer Options: Dual NX2 Nitro Series: Is one not enough? Then upgrade to a dual steering stabilizer setup which gives further enhanced vehicle control and lessens side-to-side motion to a greater effect. Front Adjustable HD Track Bar These new track bars are a massive upgrade to the factory unit, constructed from 1-3/8? solid steel stock reinforced with gusseted ends to handle whatever on-road and off-road abuse you can through at it. Adjustments are made at the 1-3/8?-12 fine threaded center turnbuckle with pinchbolt ends to allow easy tuning to properly recenter the front axle for a range of lift heights. The track bar is formed for proper clearance around critical front end components and is designed to easy installation without the need to clearance the factory frame and axle mounts. Both ends use high-durometer polyurethane bushings with thick-walled steel sleeves for strength and reliability. Parts come with a high quality textured black powdercoat finish for a great look and excellent corrosion resistance. The are designed for use on 0-3" of lift and can be used in combination with most aftermarket track bar brackets to be used on taller lift heights. Carrier Bearing Drop Kit A 2-piece rear drive shaft will require some extra work as the geometry of your drive system will now have some added stress. We recommend adding this carrier bearing drop to avoid any potential driveline vibration with the added lift height.
