Complete Performance 2" 2WD Beam Drop Brackets 80-97 Ford F-Series Trucks
Description
These 2″ drop beam pivots will fit 80-96 1/2 ton 2WD and 4WD chassis and 2WD F250/350 of the same era. They were designed to be ridiculously strong. Formed from 3/16 steel, they are internally and externally gusseted and attach to the frame with oversized grade 8 hardware. Even use more bolts than the stock versions do. Over the years drop bracket type lifts have received a bad name due to a ton of drivability issue and even damaging the frame in some scenarios. That is why we don’t recommend these for all builds!
These brackets can be used for a lot of different reasons, for example:
2″ lift with out having to max out an alignment cam ( which puts extra stress on ball joints)
Making a 4″ stage 2 lift into a 6″ lift could be done using these brackets and a few other needed components
Making a custom hybrid height lift ( like 3″)
IMPORTANT NOTE - Not to be used for long travel applications.
