This system is especially beneficial for those with larger injectors, enabling higher pressures in hotter tunes.Basic Kit Includes:High Pressure Oil Delivery System: Featuring a CNC machined distribution block and three stainless steel adapters for engine connections.Precision Hydraulic Metering Control Devices: Two custom devices for optimal flow management.ICP Extension Harness: Ensures proper connections.Stainless Braided High Pressure Hoses: Factory-built hoses designed to withstand 5,000 psi working pressure, 20,000 lb burst pressure, and temperatures up to 600°F, complete with a firesleeve protectant cover.Brackets and Hardware: All necessary fittings to complete high pressure line connections.Valve Cover Requirements:To install the HPODS, you must replace the driver’s side valve cover with a 2004.5-2007 passenger side valve cover. We offer reconditioned used valve covers, which have been blasted and painted, complete with the required ICP plug hole seal and plug to fill the oil fill hole. Note that these valve covers are used and may show minor imperfections.Crankcase Vent Kit:When removing the driver’s side valve cover for installation, the factory crankcase vent must be relocated. We offer a simple and clean solution that routes crankcase vapors to the inlet of your intake tube. This is a parallel system that complements the factory setup and does not eliminate it.
