Misleading instructions - Beware
"I am sure this product works great and does what they say. However, there is no reality where installing this kit on a 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 is achievable without removing your fuel tank and the DEF tank. The instructions look great and make it look like you'll just have to disconnect some fuel lines, the WIF wiring harness, slap all the components and hoses together and your done. No, not even remotely true. There physically is not enough room to squeeze this kit into the place that the original fuel filter assembly comes out of. The pipe adapter that connects to the output side of the kit interferes with the DEF tank. Let alone also install the fuel heater I also bought to go with it. It also real cute that the instructions have picture that show the kit installed at various steps, which is great and makes you think, 'Sure, I could do this. '. But then you get under the truck and you realize that when they made these instructions they removed the DEF tank to do so. Conveniently, there is no mention of dropping the DEF tank anywhere in the instructions. I struggle to see how this kit can be installed even if you did drop the DEF tank because the output connection sure looks like it would be hitting the top of the DEF tank So yeah, great kit that I can't install.
